Jinlu Qu, male, born in 1961. Ph. D. in 2001 from IHEP. Researcher of Astrophysics and vice-Director of the Program for the Ground Science Application System of Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT) at Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) in Beijing. Visits the Saclay Research Center in France and the INTEGRAL Science Data Center (HSDC) in Geneva at Switzerland during working. Areas of Research: high energy astrophysics, astronomy satellite data analysis, especially major in physical processes and data analysis in X-ray binary system and the ground science application system for high energy astronomical satellite. Achievement and Experience:
Works on the radiation mechanism of the X-ray binary system with RXTE，Integral，Swift and XMM satellites, including both observational data analysis and theory within the field of X-ray astrophysics. Directed and participated several programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program) and Foundation of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Now involved in the development of the HXMT Ground Science Application System as the vice-designer.
