Achievement and Experience:
years of experience in micro-pattern gas detectors, such as GEM and MicroMEGAS technologies, and silicon pixel detector, including the monolithic pixel sensors and hybrid pixel sensors used in particle physics experiment and synchrotron radiation experiment, etc.
Current research mainly focuses on silicon pixel sensor development, including the CMOS and SOI pixel sensors in particle physics experiment and hybrid pixel sensor in synchrotron radiation application.
