Zhe Chang, male, born in 1964, Ph.D. in 1991 from in the Institute of Theoretical Physics. Post-doc in the IHEP from 1991 to 1993. Visited ICTP as visiting scholar from 1993 to 1995. He returned to IHEP in 1995 and supported by “Hundred talent program of CAS ” in 2000. Area of Research: Quantum field theory, Super string and M theory, integral system as well. Achievement and Experience:
His major interest is quantum field theory. He published almost 100 physics papers in the areas of Super string, and integral system, critical phenomena, gravity theory, cosmology and astrophysics. He was rewarded by the NSFC "Outstanding Youth" award in 1996; he was elected as "New Century Talent Project National Candidate” in 1998. And he won a Second Class National Natural Science Award in 2001. He has involved and finished the projects of the frontier researches of high energy physics between centuries; of the frontier questions of theoretical physics and interdisciplinary science and of superstring and M-theory. Currently, he is the key leader of the project of several anomalous problems of super high energy and large scale physics.
