Abstract低能望远镜是硬X射线调制望远镜(HXMT)卫星上重要的科学载荷之一。它主要包括3个低能探测器机箱和1个低能电控箱,探测器采用扫式电荷器件(SCD),同时拥有良好的能量分辨率和时间分辨率,抗堆积性能突出,适合强源的能谱和时变观测。结合解调方法,还可以进行扫描成像,胜任暂现源和暴发源的发现和观测任务。低能望远镜在轨运行结果表明:仪器各项性能正常,能够满足观测需求。
