“预印本发布系统”进行全面介绍，讲解通过预印本发布保障首发权的典型案例；同时，系统介绍国内第一个按国际通行模式规范运营的预发布平台——“中国科学院科技论文预发布平台（ChinaXiv）”的功能、运作模式，以及通过ChinaXiv有效保障首发权的方法。 |
