In this work we extensively apply the EHNS postulation to neutrino oscillation problems. Namely, we try to apply quantum mechanics violation (QMV) effects induced by the quantum gravity of black holes to understand neutrino oscillation phenomena. In addition to the original EHNS postulation, especially, the Lorentz transformation property of QMV is taken into account. The possibilities for observing such effects in neutrino experiments (in progress and/or accessible in the near future) are discussed. Of them, an interesting feature is outlined.
