摘要 | The nondestructive analysis technique of single fluid inclusions by SRXRF microprobe at BSRF was developed. To test the method, a scanning analysis result of a single fluid inclusion in quartz crystal was presented. With this technique, the semi-quantitative inorganic compositions of two typical individual organic fluid inclusions were also determined by using a thin glass film of known compositions as a standard.
