摘要The microanalysis is very useful in various scientific regions. Microanalysis reference material (MRM) is important for quantitative analysis and quality control. The minimum analytic mass of the presented testified standard material is 100 mg. It is indispensable to study a microanalysis reference material. A solid powder 99% in size of 500 mesh for microanalysis reference material ( MRM) has being prepared. The minimum analytic masses of I mg were determined by SRXRF for elements ( K, Ca, Ti, Mn, Fe, Zn, Rb, Sr).
