B-s -> p(omega)K* decays are useful to determine the B-s distribution amplitude, as well as constrain the CKM phase angle a. We study these decays within the perturbative QCD approach. In this approach, we derive factorizable and non-factorizable diagrams, as well as annihilation diagrams. We find that the branching ratio for B-s -> p(+)K*(-) is of the order of 10(-5) and there is a large directCP violation in B,((B) over bar (s)) -> p(0)(K) over bar*(0)(omega K*(0)). Our predictions are consistent with those from other methods and current experiments.
