The mistakes in the letter "Flavor mixing and CP nonconservation at the GUT scale" [Phys. Lett. B 241 (1990) 101] are pointed out. The revised numerical calculations show that the heavy quark family (t, b) tends to mix with the lighter families (u, d) and (c, s) with increasing energy, but in each family, the mixing between the up-and down-type quarks decreases with energy. The phase-invariant measure of CP nonconservation J becomes larger at the GUT scale.
