On the basis of the Cloudy Bag Model, a model to describe vector meson-baryon-baryon coupling interaction is proposed. Various coupling vertexes needed in this model are constructed. The model has been applied to rho meson-nucleon-delta coupling and works well. The resulting coupling constant f(rho N Delta) and corresponding form factor u(rho)(q) are respectively in good agreement with other phenomenological models and empirical form factors.
